"From the Farmhouse Kitchen,"
There is something special about a slow morning in the farmhouse kitchen. The windows are open, the coffee is brewing, and the scent of fresh-baked treats fills the house. These are the simple moments that remind me that home isn't built by perfection—it's built by love, faith, and the everyday care we pour into our families.

Welcome to my little corner of the country, where I hope to share wholesome recipes, simple homemaking, and encouragement to embrace a slower, more intentional life. Whether you live on a farm, in the suburbs, or in the middle of the city, you can create a home that reflects warmth, gratitude, and God's goodness.
Today's recipe is one of my favorite cozy bakes—Farmhouse Muffin Cookies. They have the soft texture of a muffin with the convenience of a cookie, making them perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea, lunchboxes, or sharing with neighbors.
One of the things I love most about this recipe is that it changes beautifully with the seasons. In spring and summer, fresh blueberries make these cookies bright and sweet. In the fall, swap in diced apples with cinnamon. Winter is perfect for cranberries and orange zest, while peaches, raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries are wonderful when they're in season.

A Little Faith for the Day
"Give us this day our daily bread." — Matthew 6:11
Every loaf, cookie, biscuit, and muffin that comes from our kitchens reminds us that God faithfully provides for our needs. Baking can become an act of worship as we nourish the people He has entrusted to us. My prayer is that this home—and yours—will always be filled with faith, laughter, grateful hearts, and plenty of homemade goodness.
Thank you for stopping by my farmhouse kitchen. I hope you'll bake a batch, share it with someone you love, and come back as we continue this journey of simple living, seasonal recipes, faith, family, and finding joy in the everyday blessings God gives us.
